About the coffee and farm
Fazenda Passeio whose passionate owner, Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira, is one of the first producers of the famous Pergamino, is located on the highest elevation, between 1100 and 120 meters above sea level, of the Serra do Pau D Ahlo, in the South of Minas Gerais.
Orderly rows of the varietals Mundo Novo, Catuai, Acaia, Icatu and Bourbon grow on the steep slopes of the mountain range, with Pico Mirante being its the highest peak. The most updated agricultural practices, managed by a true master-grower, produce the most precious gems among Brazilian coffees.
Pico Mirante is a small lot of pulped natural coffee, a process which already produces the fabulous Pergaminos.
